KJH Bazar Return and Replacement Policy
For unsuccessful deliveries/doorstep rejections, Sellers on KJH Bazar should accept returns within 30 days from the Shipped date. These returns are going to be sent directly back to the vendor with no quality check by KJH Bazar.
When delivery to the customer is done successfully, the returns policy depends on the category as specified below. the foremost typical return reasons are:
- Items were delivered during a physically damaged condition >> Always follow KJH Bazar packaging guidelines!
- Item has missing parts or accessories >> Always send the entire product!
- Item is different from what was ordered >> Always confirm you send the precise product displayed on KJH Bazar!
- Items are not any longer needed (wrong size, not as illustrated on the image, poor quality) >> Always ensure product description & images are accurate with the proper level of detail!
All items must be returned by customers in original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box.
